Forty-three-year-old Keith Workman, Kalamazoo, is facing charges of child abuse and sexual assault after police investigated a tip from the FBI involving images of tied-up teens, police said.
Workman was held at the Kalamazoo County Jail after police were lead to his home in an investigation of images displaying, "young, teenage children being bound and restrained."
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted the investigation, during which, officers were led to Workman’s residence in the 700 block of Dragonfly Street in Kalamazoo, police said.
Workman was arraigned Friday afternoon on charges of second degree child abuse, fourth-degree criminal secual conduct and concealed weaops violations for possessing a “stun gun device,” police said.
There are additional charges pending against Workman, police report.
His next appearance in court is scheduled for July 3.
